    We are committed to making collins.co.uk accessible for all customers. It is hosted by Shopify, which provides technical foundations and checkout flows built in alignment with WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards, and the site has been designed to follow WCAG 2.1/2.2 guidelines throughout.

    The site is built so that customers can navigate using a keyboard, zoom without loss of functionality, and use a screen reader to access product titles, prices, images, and descriptions. Filters, sorting options, and calls-to-action are also clearly labelled for ease of use across both desktop and mobile devices.

    It should be noted that collins.co.uk also contains PDF-based content, such as catalogues and supporting documents, which are not fully accessible, and some older videos on the site may not have captions available. Please also be aware that whilst we carefully review any third-party applications used on the site, some may affect accessibility features in ways outside of the Shopify platform or our direct control.

    We are working towards our new resources conforming to the standards set in the European Accessibility Act (EAA) which requires digital products to embrace accessibility, conforming to WCAG 2.1 level AA by considering accessible features such as simple, clear layout and reading order, colour palette, contrast and alt text.
