Registering on our website
You have to register on our website to be able to place orders. We will save your details so that you do not have to enter them again and you can use your unique username (email) and password to log in and access your My Account pages or order again.
UK School registration
Once you have registered as a user, you are then able to purchase using your school account. You should be able to find your school details by searching for your school's name and/or postcode. Our website is attached to a database which holds records for all UK schools so in the rare event that you cannot find your school (maybe because you are a brand new school) then please contact our customer services team so we can verify the details before setting up your account.
If you register against your school you will be able to place orders on account and pay for them by invoice, you will be able to order 30-day evaluation copies and you will be eligible for schools prices on all revision titles. School registration is only available for UK schools/establishments.

If you are an international school or establishment, you cannot currently pay on invoice. If you are able to pay by Credit Card, please register and place your order online. If you are unable to pay by Credit Card, please see our Find your rep (International schools) page.

Individual registration
If you are an individual or a non-UK customer you can register against your own individual details (or enter your non-UK school details). You will be able to order on credit card. We will save your contact details for future purchases but will not retain any card details.
Home Tutors
Are you a home tutor? If so, you can buy Collins Revision books anytime at 50% discount. To receive your discount code, please email education@harpercollins.co.uk.
UK orders
Items ordered on school account
Items ordered on a school account can only be delivered to the verified school address on your account, for security reasons. If you order on a credit card you can have your order delivered to any address and will have the chance to check or change your delivery details during checkout.
Schools' Prices are only available for checkout on UK Schools' Account (payment by invoice). Invoices can also be paid by credit card.
Items ordered on credit card
Items ordered on credit card can be delivered to any UK address. This can be the address you have registered against, or you can change to another delivery address during checkout.
International (Non-UK) orders
You can order on our website from a number of countries in Europe and the rest of the world. Please register to start ordering. Non-UK customers can only order by credit card on the website. If you do not see your country in the drop down list during registration or you wish to order by invoice please contact our International Sales team who will contact you to take your order and arrange payment.
How to buy
If you are International customer there are three ways you can order from us:
Paying by credit card
1. We can take orders by credit card directly through the website for many countries in Europe and the rest of the world. Simply register on the website and start ordering straight away. You will be taken through a secure payment area to submit your card details during checkout. See Registration, orders, deliveries & refunds for information about international orders.
2. If your country is not on the drop down list in registration and you wish to pay by credit card please use our enquiry form, filling in your order preferences and details of what you want to order. Our international sales team will then contact you to take your order over the phone or by email.
Paying by invoice
3. If you want to pay for goods by invoice and set up an account with us you will need to fill out our New Schools Account Form - open it to read more about Collins Accounts and access the form.
