Owen Davey grew up just outside of Brighton. He always loved to draw and studied illustration at Falmouth University. His graduation project, the fantastic Foxly's Feast was published by Templar Books and Owen has gone on to huge success writing and illustrating the fantastic non-fiction series that began with Mad About Monkeys. Books in the series have been shortlisted for the Blue Peter Prize and Owen is also a highly successful editorial illustrator. He now lives just outside Brighton (again!) with his partner and his two daughters who are the inspiration for Can I Come Too?
