Hannah Howells is an experiences primary educator and English lead who is deeply passionate about developing high-quality writing and supporting teachers to nurture confident, enthusiastic young writers.
She currently works as a freelance English curriculum consultant, collaborating with primary schools to strengthen writing provision and inspire a love of writing in pupils. She leads a Writing Teacher Research Group within the Aspire Community Trust, delivering city-wide CPD and facilitating Writing Network Meetings for Southampton Local Authority.
Hannah also works as a Literacy Specialist and a TSRC (Transforming Your School's Reading Culture) facilitator within the SpringhillEnglish Hub, as well as being part of the Southampton Reading Charter planning team, designing and delivering genre-focused training to further enrich literacy practice.
