Since becoming a planet protector, her work focuses on climate action, communicating that environmentalism is for everyone, and finding joy through uniting. She works with world leaders, young people, and public figures to inspire change. She believes in the power of collective action, and that everyone can have a role in the movement. Palmer is a winner of the Planetary Health Award, and in 2023, was awarded as a 'Future Figure' by BBC 1Xtra, and was named one of the U.K.’s most high-profile youth activists on Sky News.
