Author

Lis Jardine, Illustrated by Alexandra Pulga, Prepared for publication by Collins Big Cat

Lis Jardine is a school librarian and children's novelist from Cheshire, England. She is a huge mystery fan and reads a lot of Golden Age crime (Agatha Christie, Dorothy L Sayers and Margery Allingham are her favourites). Lis has been writing since 2010 and her murder mystery series The Detention Detectives was published 2023-2025. Time Travel Telephone was inspired by her cousins, who have Cystic Fibrosis, and the TV show The Reassembler, which focused on vintage technology! Lis likes to watch TV, learn Norwegian (1800 day Duo streak 🙂) and invent unlikely vegan sandwich recipes.
