Little Wandle Code

Working with FFT, Little Wandle has developed a complete KS3 reading assessment and intervention programme to systematically improve students’ decoding, fluency and comprehension skills. 

Students progress through the workbooks in the intervention sessions to secure their phonic knowledge through consistent and carefully designed activities. The student workbooks are fully integrated within the Code programme and are supported by teacher notes and slides included in the Little Wandle Code subscription.

To support the Little Wandle Code programme, Collins has created fully decodable anthologies that are aligned to the Code programme and have been designed to appeal to pupils in Year 7 and beyond.
