Gareth Calway is an educational author and a former Head of English and Drama who taught for 27 years in comprehensive schools during which time he was an English Literature examiner for A level examination boards in England and Wales. He has published nine books of poetry and the children’s story Bound for Jamaica (Collins, 2011). Gareth is now a youth theatre director and writes and performs commissioned shows.
